- Multiple booking platforms needed consolidation after mergers, while the existing estate carried a high infrastructure cost.

What I built and led
- Captured the outgoing team’s knowledge and assumed technical ownership after their departure.
- Replatformed the booking estate onto AWS serverless and consolidated booking platforms across the group’s brands.
- Authored role specifications and selected the contract delivery team, then selected and handed over to a new permanent engineering team.
