- Demand rose sharply during the COVID period, putting production reliability under pressure.
- Shared testing environments created a bottleneck for a 120-developer engineering organisation.

What I built and led
- Led response to peak-load incidents and stabilised the ordering platform as volumes grew.
- Built Kubernetes environments for individual pull requests, allowing work to be tested independently.
- Strengthened rate limiting, traffic-pattern detection and access controls during sustained adversarial activity.
